Ebru Hepdogan

Consultant

Ebru Hepdogan is a Consultant at Bantry Partners. She supports and leads engagements across a wide range of sectors including technology, healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, and industrials. She has worked on 60+ PE diligence and growth strategy engagements and led competitive and market analysis efforts on numerous projects to help determine market landscape.  
 
She had previously worked as an Analyst at DNV GL, a global consulting firm where she was responsible for extensive market research to identify and analyze companies of new and emerging product and service offerings, and provided insights based on potential market drivers around Distributed Energy Resources. Prior to that, Ebru was a Research Fellow at M.I.T., and worked as a Researcher at the Center for Industrial Competitiveness at University of Massachusetts.
 
Earlier in her career, she joined the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg where she performed industry research and analysis in the appraisal of prospective investment projects. She also acted as relationship manager with banks in Slovenia, and oversaw the approval, and disbursement of finance projects. She provided strategic consulting for government agencies and SMBs in areas of market analysis, governance, and policy implementation in Türkiye. 
 
Ebru holds a M.A. in Economic Development from University of Massachusetts, Lowell, a M.S. in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from University of Luxembourg and a B.A. (Honors) from Hacettepe University.
