Eugenie brings a wealth of experience in consumer and customer research, having worked in the field
for more than 30 years. She is an expert at data collection and analysis, providing insights leadership
and support for manufacturing, financial and other service sectors.
Over the course of her career, Eugenie worked for Veryfine Products, Ocean Spray, Nellie Mae and most
recently for Gorton’s where she led the Insights department. Her expertise includes both secondary and
primary research with the ability to design studies that deliver actionable information. She continues to
provide project-based support for both qualitative and quantitative studies across a wide range of
Eugenie earned an MBA from the Boston College Carroll School of Management and a B.S. in Psychology
from Louisiana State University.
