As an advisor to Bantry Partners in the field of marketing research, Jeanne Robison brings 30+ years of extensive experience applying creative research-based solutions to identify marketing opportunities and challenges across a broad range of industries.
Jeanne began her career in the CGP industry at Ralston Purina and Ocean Spray, where she honed her skills in survey design, execution and analysis across a myriad of research tools and techniques. At Ocean Spray, she held leadership positions in marketing research and analytics, as well as brand management and innovation. In her marketing roles, she was able to leverage market and consumer insights to guide business strategies and decisions that would drive growth in both new and existing businesses. More recently, Jeanne held the position of VP of Marketing Research at Imagitas, a Pitney Bowes company, studying consumer dynamics across several industries including financial, healthcare, telecommunications and retail. Insights provided by her team were instrumental in fueling record growth over her 15-year tenure.
Currently, as an independent contractor, Jeanne focuses much of her business on clients seeking her expertise in customer satisfaction and relationship/transactional NPS research.
Jeanne holds a BA and a Masters of Marketing Research with high honors from the University of Georgia.
